They are very unprofessional. Im not the type of person to complain but they need to clean up their office. I was just very unhappy at my last appointment and it was leading up to that day too.

The medical assistants, receptionist and ****** are really nice, **** ********* should not be there, he is rude, mean and arrogant, I had a med appt. July 2nd with ****, my *** accidentally called me in a script for too many ******, I told **** it was a mistake and he could destroy the meds, he said ok bring them in to be destroyed and he would send my pain meds, I brought them in next day, they called my *** nurse and they denied writing script, they didn't know they wrote that many, there medical assistant told my ********* to fax them saying it was a 3 mo. supply then I should be ok, so they did so I could get my meds before the holiday break, they put me in a rm. the M/A came in said **** wasn't giving me my reg. amount and handed me back the ******, I said why? She said because I got a 3 mo supply of ******, I said but he told me to bring them in and I did, **** came running in rm yelling at me told me that all I'm getting and told me to get out, I've been there 8yrs, never broke a rule or raised my voice to anyone, he never told me I wouldn't be getting meds anymore, I found out when I went for injection, his reason was because I raised my voice at his medical assistant, I was not yelling at her, I was confused because my ** made a mistake and I was not getting my full script, I was upset, not at ********* and she knows I wasn't being loud at her, I was almost in tears, I have fibermyalgia, lung spasms (due to previous blood clots in lungs)severe back and knee pain, which I was getting injections constantly for(that why I got 20 ****** every 3mos.)******************** and severe migraines, there's no other place to go, now I won't be able to function without my pain meds and injections, I did nothing wrong, **** also has his dog running around the office, my ** did what they told her to do, made the mistake and yet **** kicked me out, I'm not used to getting yelled at either, none of that was right! He's cruel to make me suffer! 0 stars

PCA follows strict guidelines that providers follow per federal guidelines, laws and regulations. There is extensive documentation of what actually occurred that per Hippa guidelines we will not address on this forum. When any type of noncompliance occurs, the provider must protect their licenses and make decisions accordingly. Per documentation by all involved and non employee witnesses, there was no yelling by provider or employee(s). PCA protects patients when noncompliance occurs even if that entails discharge from medication management.
