      This place is the worst, I've tried to call for 8 months to get my can replaced due to the lid getting split open by a plow truck. I just received a bill with a past-due balance on it, I sent them a check, and they cashed it and still want the payment that they already received.

      Have used this service for home garbage collection for 28 years, I have had two issues in that time. I phoned to report them, and both problems were resolved within a couple of days. Service is affordable, and is as reliable as any service in our area. The family who owns it are hard working, honest, local people. My inlaws used them for their business and always had excellent service. We're a rural area with bad roads, mud, snow. Covid labor shortages caused difficulties for everyone for a couple years. I think ******* did as well as anyone did in our area through challenging times. I would recommend them to a neighbor.

      Had service for over 6 months and still no garbage can. Called and called and get no where. Being billed for something we don't even have.

      Bad costumer service they tell u they u bring u a can on Monday then Wednesday still nothing call and goes right to voicemail this place should go out of service bad if I could find a different trash company I would

      I have had Sherrod service for over 20 years with few problems until about 18 months ago. They have missed me 6 times in that timeframe. I make allowances for bad weather, etc. This last month they have missed me 2 times. I called once and they said they would send someone out to pick it up. It was not picked up until the next week. I have tried to contact them this week to no avail.
