I was told I would be charged $45 for an oil change and $50 for an inspection of my ac unit in my car. When it was all done they told me my total was $283. Nobody from freed auto told me it would be any additional charges besides the $50 for the ac unit inspection. After the ac inspection I was told that my car passed the inspection, no leaks, etc. The next day my air went out again. When I called I was told we figured that would happened . I have went up there multiple times and they eventually told me that they will not be able to work on my car because of so much conflict. I have asked for a refund multiple times and they said they only are able to give me a $50 refund. Which I did receive. I would like a refund for the whole amount that I paid for the inspection that they did. I have documentation of another shop saying that there is no way that it should have been filled because there was noticeable holes. Which I had to pay another $50 to have another shop look at it. I would like my full refund of $106 and my $50 for having to take it to another shop to figure out what was really wrong with my ac unit.Freed Auto

******* agreed to the $50 refund. The remaining bill was for the freon and the oil change you received. We also agreed to check it out and see where the leak was coming from and you agreed to bring it in to be looked at . Then we had threatening calls and in person threats from your father threatening the lives of my employees. He then followed on of my employees home. There are 2 police reports on this matter. We can not work on your vehicle anymore because of him. I will not put the lives of my employees at risk.
When you took the $50 refund that was an agreement that the issue was settled and closed.
