We were very pleased with the service from A1 Resources in helping us with our large flooded basement. They came quickly, removed the water and the soaked carpet. They dried the basement completely. Very professional job!

***** and ****** came out immediately to remove water from my basement. For this I am very grateful. However, the price they quoted me nearly doubled by the time all was said and done. ***** was very unprofessional in communicating what was going on. He neglected to give me a receipt for initial money paid to him nor any written record. I asked him repeatedly. He also didnt turn in pictures and a dry log to my insurance company but was hounding me for full payment. I would not recommend A1 Resouces.

Good morning, I am very sorry for the miscommunication at the beginning of service. We do our best to explain that it was the cost at the time we started and that it would change before the end of service. Contact with the customers insurance company was updated with Category of water damage and any information that was needed. Again, it is very possible it was miscommunicated on our part, we will always work to improve where we are lacking and welcome all feedback. As well as always request to come back and fix any wrongs that can be corrected, like we offered on Monday 2/19/2024 at 3:04pm. It also shows in our system that an email with receipt, documents and pictures were sent out to the customer on Wednesday January 31st at 9:46am, but it was not open by the customer until February 11th, 2024, at 11:20am. An email with Invoice, documents and pictures was sent to the customers insurance on Tuesday January 30th, 2024, at 10:35am, our contact for the insurance did not open the email until February 7th, 2024, at 2:27pm. Job was completed on Thursday February 1st, 2024. All of this information is documented in our system, and we are more than happy to share with you the records with the time stamp. With that being said, we are forever bettering and working on being more communicative and responsive with our customers. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

The owner came to do a restoration job for us. At first things were fine, then all of a sudden his communication was terrible. He wouldn't communicate with us when work would be done, the work that was done was absolutely terrible. He also owes us money back for a job not done. I have contacted a lawyer and have full plans to push this to court. DO NOT HIRE
