- Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; iKap Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then iKap Photography sent the client the correct photograph. Refunds will NOT be given due to a client "not liking a photo" In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents iKap Photography from shooting on the scheduled date the client will get a full refund of their deposit if applicable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if the client fails to attend the session on the day and the time listed, when the booking was made. If the client is late to the session, iKap Photography will not extend the session (i.e. client is 15min late to a 60min, then the session is only 45min).
