"Worked here years ago, there was an abusive employee whose poor actions towards dogs lead to a huge meeting other staff called with the owner of the facility. The owner did not take this seriously and continued to allow the abusive employee ***** continue working here and manager ******* defended ***** due to her being friends with her even though this woman bit a puppy to the point it screamed and slammed a dog into a heavy metal door head first." ...
