BEWARE!!! I don't even want to give them one star. They took me on as a new patient in the beginning of 2022. In the past I get cleanings done every three months. I have had three done in the past two years since I switched to them. I have had several appointments cancelled since that date. They schedule me about eight months out because they say that is the soonest they can get me in. They tell me that they will put me on a cancellation list, but never call. I guess they don't have any cancellations! They cancelled me again this week and told me that they are booking into January of ****, but can't can't schedule me an appointment that far out as it is a new calendar year and they can't access it at this time. I was told that I am a "healthy cleaning" patient and therefore I get bumped for an "unhealthy cleaning" patient. That is unacceptable! I should not be cancelled because I take care of my teeth, isn't that the point of going to the dentist? They also refused to clean my teeth until I paid out of pocket at my last appointment. It was my first appointment of the calendar year and I had not used any of my insurance benefit money yet. I had to pay them and then go through my insurance company to get reimbursed! My insurance company put it through right away and I still had to call Aspen on more than one occasion to find out where my money is and why it was not credited back to my debit card. If I refused to pay them that day, they were going to reschedule me nine months out! They are reactive instead of pro-active and clearly just looking for the patients that they can charge for more services and products! It is too bad because finding a dentist that is taking new patients in this area is impossible right now! They should have never taken me as a new patient if they are not willing to clean my teeth! BEWARE!!!!!!! Unless you have a lot of dental issues and are willing to spend a ton of money, they won't service you!

If I could give lower than 1 star I would! Most horrible dental visit I have had in my 55 years. Absolutely NO customer service skills here at all. I had a tooth extracted , they left a small piece of bone in gum. He told me that if I had any issues to call. I did have issuesPAIN. I called them like I was told to do . They said it would be 2 weeks before they could get me in. REALLY???? I went online and set an appointment for the next morning, then received an email 45 minutes before the appointment to say it was cancelled. I called again and they said they would try to get me to the oral surgeon NEXT Month!! I then called a different dental practice and they worked me in, I had a bone spur, a piece of root still there and an infection, they referred me immediately to a surgeon and gave me antibiotics. sTAY as FAR AWAY as you can from ASPEN DENtal. They are a joke!!
