      I could only afford 100 gallons. So they delivered on Friday and of coarse I ran out during the night Thursday.when the delivery man came he said I have to do a pressure test or I cant put fuel in. And then give me a bill for $50. This is a racket pit stop is running. I would change companies but I would have to put in new tanks and fill them and take theirs out. And i cant afford to do that.

      Pitstop Fuels does not deliver to specific towns on designated days of the week.  For several years it has been Pitstop's goal to deliver to our customers within 3 days of the order.  Gathering orders over a 3-day period allows us to build efficient routes so we can meet more of our customer's needs.  In this situation, the customer ordered on Wednesday, and we delivered within the 3-day window.  As for the leak check, it is required by law to perform a leak check on any system after an interruption in service.  We charge for this because it takes our employees extra time to perform the test and get the propane system back into operation.

      Planning routes to meet customers' needs while managing a large fleet of vehicles, driver's allowable hours per federal regulations, managing supply contracts and the logistics to ensure that supply is available to the retail delivery team as well as maintaining compliance with over 20 different local, state and federal agencies keeps the operators of Pitstop Fuels very busy.  Under no circumstances do we have the time or inclination to delay delivery to our customers for any perceived financial gains.  Our goal is to deliver liquid fuels to HELP customers in our communities.

      ********************** offers automatic delivery as an option to aid in preventing run outs as well as new monitor technology for customers to get remote readings and notifications to their smart phone.

      We purchased a home in July 2021 and it has a propane tank that came with the house that is rusting and unkempt. I have contacted Pit Stop Fuels to pick the tank up as it is hazardous and concerning (it still has propane which would also be a refund for me) and despite making numerous calls and speaking to different people, they have never came to pick the tank up. I understood in the bad weather but we are going on the third summer of me contacting them to come and get it.

      I placed an order for fuel on Wednesday last week. Their website says they are delivering fuel within a week. I called today to see why they hadnt come because Im out and they said they werent coming until Friday. Unless I want to pay a fee I cant afford.

      This delivery was delivered to the customer ahead of the projected delivery date as stated in the customer complaint and before the customer ran out of propane.  The ********************** office contacted the customer via phone today and there are no remaining issues to be worked out with the customer.
