"I bought a bed and it supposed to be extra firm and it isn't I've contacted store several times but they say no returns all I want is a mattress that I purchased they say everything matches what I bought but for extra firm u shouldn't be sinking in it I believe it is a factory issue but no one will listen or come look at it it has been a couple of months and I'm just getting the runa round no star rating from me"
