      This company acquired our HOAs property management group, and has been a total nightmare to work with. Neglected seasonal maintenance has caused substantial amounts of water damage to interior of units in our building. Efforts to communicate and request service while huge amounts of water poured in through ceilings were met with unresponsiveness for a number of days until substantial damage was done. Damage is still unrepaired months later, and has now extended to electrical system. Continued neglect will certainly result in diminished property values. They are also not administrating our HOA per their contractual obligation, and have provided no reporting since their acquisition of the previous company. Avoid The Nabo Group at all costs.
