This company does not give itemized estimates, hides charges, does not fix the issue they were hired for, and does not honor their warranty. Im out over $1600 and I still have water leaking into my house. They are refusing to help any further.

We complete estimates to project total estimated costs with no hidden charges. In fact we completed this job in under the estimated originally for this. Following the initial work we did in fact completed warranty work on the project and at this point the professional assessment is that the door itself due to the nature of the single locking point on the French style door is the root cause of the issue allowing water to leak into the home.

I have had another contractor come out from a reputable company, who does not feel the door is the issue. They actually commented that there were multiple issues that they could identify around the door which should have been addressed but were not. They additionally felt the excessive use of caulking was concerning and unnecessary, and this was applied by ****. Additionally, I was having this problem with the previous door which was not the French door style (how do you explain this?). I hired you to stop water from coming into my house. I paid over $1600 for this service, and I still have water entering my house. You stated through your contractors and your manager that you guarantied that you would solve this issue. Now Im out of a significant amount of money, with a door that has been removed multiple times, and a continued issue that is not, in fact, a manufacturing issue.
