- The business states up to four (4) days allowed for new and used English and Western Saddles WITH RECEIPT. Saddles not returned in original condition or returned after the four day allowance (from purchase date) can be returned for either full or partial credit (at business owner's discretion).
Up to Thirty (30) Days allowed on most new items that are returned in new/unused condition with original tags, boxes AND A RECEIPT; however, some exceptions do apply.
Used tack, other then saddles, are not returnable - those sales are generally considered final.
