      Terrible company to work for. The owner is a very verbally abusive person who loves to undermine management at every corner. You will be called names, be yelled at and potentially fired for reasons less than the hours in your shift. You will be expected to work overtime without prior notice, expected to stay on site at any given time until you complete the project the owner adds to the daily workload. Prioritizes projects according to whether the customer pays cash or not, uses product from existing orders that customers are waiting for to fill newly placed orders for a personal payday to the owner. Prioritizes new customers over existing, pre-paid customers. As staff it will be your duty to rectify said situations or potentially be fired. Not a long term employment opportunity, or even a fair employment opportunity. Low pay for trade jobs, and you will have to fight for your yearly reviews and pay raises that are due or promised to you. Keep every communication on record for your benefit when the situation becomes toxic. You are forced to be under tremendous stress daily, and expect to be belittled for every task you perform. The fabrication locations are not completely up to code, and the employees are forced to work in sometimes unsafe conditions with equipment that is outdated or broken. Apply at your own risk!
