"Contract Terms:
Full payment by thecustomer is required upon completion of the work described above, unless otherarrangements are made and specified above. If Cooper Paving, LLC is required to hire an attorney for collection ofpayment, the customer will be responsible for all attorney fees. Estimates totaling $3,000.00 and higherrequire a 33% down payment, to be paid in advance.
Paving labor (notmaterials) completed by Cooper Paving, LLC is guaranteed for one year from dateof completion, excluding resurfacing. Asphalt paving materials used are purchased ata professional asphalt plant and are not guaranteed by Cooper Paving, LLC. Cooper Paving, LLC is not responsible forsmall puddles in areas with less than 1.1% pitch. Cooper Paving, LLC is not responsible fordamages due to underground wires and underground drainage systems, from sharpobjects (kick stands, lawn furniture, etc.), from chemical spills (gas, oil,etc.), from snow plows, from frost heaves and/or natural occurrences, due totree roots, related to edges breaking away because of driving over the edges orbecause customer did not reinforce the edges, or due to any other abuse.
This estimate, oncesigned, becomes a binding contract between Cooper Paving, LLC and theundersigned customer for the work described above. By signing below, I understand and agree toall of the above. "- Business Categories
