    He agreed upon a contract that he could not complete as promised. He lied to me and push back the date multiple times, he is not dependable. He does not communicate with customer efficiently and lies when he does respond. I requested a return of the deposit since he could not make the deadline and he refused to return the money. He promised that the work would be completed before the winter of 2022. We texted back and forth since fall of 2022 and it now it is spring 2023. He only just returned $500 dollars that he took from the $2000 deposit without performing any labor of the project. He charge me a $1000 cancelation fee when he was the one that canceled on me multiple times and $500 for a hand created diagram that a child could have drawn in 15 minutes. I know I have high functioning Autism and I am too trusting but he stole $1500 dollars. I had to work very hard for that money and he did not have to do any labor. He takes advantage of the weak. I think that he only gave the $500 back because my parents had to come to my defense. They had to call and text him multiple times. Please do not trust him with any project, you will lose your money and you will still have to pay another person to do the job.
