    NewI brought my truck in for an undercoating quote and was told by some kid named ***** it would be $1750 so I scheduled an appointment. The day before I picked it up I wanted to pay for it and then he tells me the price is $2000! I didn't question it right then because the job wasn't done and I was afraid they would've done a half a** job finishing it. So I went the next day to pick it up and that's when I asked him "to explain to me why the price is $2000 when your website says $1700 which is what you quoted me"?. He said and I quote.."I don't appreciate you coming in here and talking like that". Lol..what ***** on this kid! Zero customer service skills! Customers have every right to question pricing that doesn't match their website. He NEVER said anything about a $300 rust proofing which he argued with me that he did! I see all the good reviews were from people who dealt with ***** and now I see why. This kid ***** is unprofessional with an attitude problem and has no clue about how to talk to paying customers! As a fellow business owner i can say that swearing in front of customers while giving a quote is a huge no no as well. I should have dealt with ***** because this kid has ruined any further business with this company! Someone should teach this kid that accusing and arguing with customers Is NOT good for business. I gave 3 stars only because the work SEEMS to be o.k. too early to tell. **************** gets 0 STARS!! Needless to say my other 2 vehicles will go to darlings for undercoating.
