      I had this company for 8 years, I called yesterday to schedule my service and was told my contract was cancelled. NO call, NO letter, NO notification, NO reason given, just simply cancelled for NO good reason! What poor business practice! I had this company when they were EcoPest Control and they were good. Since they have been taken over by Modern Pest the service has become horrible and they way the treat the paying customers is awful!

      The technician called me and explained what I needed to do to help keep mice out of my shed. He told me to call him when I had done what he said and he would come back and rebait the stations. He was very thorough. In the past when I have had a problem in my house they have been very good about responding quickly.

      Dispatch, scheduling, personnel are all very efficient. I only give a 3 star average rating because the price we pay for three 30-minute visits per year is no longer cost effective. We are considering dropping the tri-annual rodent plan.

      Very pleased that the technician (****) performed a very thorough inspection including checking outside for mouse tracks in the newly fallen snow to see where the mice might be getting into the house. He also updated the documentation of where all the bait stations are located to make it easier for the next technician to perform an inspection. He suggested adding a few bait stations outside the house which I would like done in the spring.

      TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!! I am having long time issues with scheduling appointments in a timely manner, having the tech not showing up, or even getting the supervisor or manager to contact me. I wrote a bad review and the OWNER wrote back that he would like to help and told me who to contact. I followed his instructions that same day. Sent e-mail to modern pest on November 25th. She replied that she would have a manager reach out. That is yet to happen, and today is Dec 4th, 9 days later. I am being ghosted! No response to calls or follow up e-mails. I have been trying to get the dead rodents removed from my ceiling since OCTOBER, to no avail! This is not acceptable, for $70 a month with NO SERVICES. Yes, I am angry. I have since asked for this request to be escalated to someone who can credit my account for ******************** NOT rendered. Of course, no response to this either. Since the owner saw my last post, maybe he will do the right thing and follow through to resolve this issue. I will be contacting the BBB if we can not resolve this issue. Very disappointed, and I am a long time customer!
