The business states:

 Our Warranty

"Since 2001,  Forever in Glass has always warranted their glass work against breakage as long as your client owns it.  Let’s face it, things happened, a pendant falls on a tile floor and breaks. Don’t worry, it’s a simple repair and we will do it for free. No additional cremains are needed.
How your client initiates a repair claim is simple, they just email us directly at [email protected], explain what happen,  and include a picture of the broken piece. From this we will determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for them. We will then give them our address to ship the broken piece to us. We ask that a $7 check be included for return shipping.
When we originally created the keepsake we signed the loved one’s name in 22k gold, and fused it onto the glass in the kiln. This may eventually rub off in time. To protect this from happening, apply a thin coat of clear nail polish once a year.
Sorry we do not warranty the Sterling Silver Chain."

However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.

Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic.
