- The company states all products sold by Vacuumcleanershop.com must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for any refund or exchange. Customers who received free shipping will be charge our actual reshipping cost for returned or exchanged unless the error was our fault. Products received after 14 days will be subject to the original shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. Orders that are refused at time of delivery will received a refund minus the cost of actual shipping even if you received free shipping.We are available by phone or email to answer your questions. Please contact us before placing your order if your not 100% sure that your ordering the correct item.
Email us or call us before returning any part of your order to received your RMA number.RMA numbers must be clearly displayed on the out side of your returned package. Packages returned to us without a valid RMA number will be "Returned to Sender".
Order errors that are clearly the fault of VacuumCleanerShop.com will be corrected entirely at our expense. We will ship the correct order and provide the customer with return postage for the incorrect part.
