    understanding the staff shortages due to the realities of the economy being unable to pay living wages - the descisions of this facility to close their lobby on a regular basis and not serve pedestrians in the drive thru is disgustingly classist to persons without cars. i just spoke at lenth to the person thru the drive thru window who told me she could not take my money since i was on foot..... sugested some door dash app.... lovely since i don't have a smart phone.... but begging and pleading for a cup of coffee with a hand full of cash before her, she threatened to call the police on me.they only want to serve the middle and upper classes who have cars and phones..... and call the police on anyone else..... fine.... i will never go there again!
