      3/28 I ordered a full suite of Whirlpool appliances. Delivery was 4/21 we received all but the refrigerator but an appointment for delivery 4/28 was made. No one showed. My husband started looking and when he clicked on a attached link it said canceled. This set off alarm bells, we got no call not contact at all about any problem with the order. This is poor customer **********************. At this point we drove 45 miles to ****** location. We were not given good customer ********************** there either. He said we were called but there was nothing on my husbands call log. He did not offer other options and did not try to make good on the situation. Which to me as a customer would have been to offer a product that was comparable to the item we purchased and offered the next available delivery. I suggested this path and the delivery date given was another 2 weeks away. At this point my trust in Agren's was already waning and his poor attempt at making it better quite frankly sucked. Next Monday the 5th I might have been amenable to but to not make an attempt to get that date or one sooner tells me that Agren's was happy with my $2k and no longer cared about the fact that I had already waited 5 weeks and now it was going to be 7 weeks to get my refrigerator. I ended up requesting a refund and took my business elsewhere and I am getting the 5th for delivery. Agren's has lost my business. Zero communication, zero follow-up and underwhelming customer ************************ have purchased 6 Refrigerators in the past 8 years and this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. I plan to warn everyone I possibly can.

      Unfortunately this platform requires I give it 1 star to submit my review. Its not worth any stars. So my actual review is Zero stars and an absolutely horrible company. Dont spend your money here thinking they are better than the big box stores or that you will get better service because they are local. It wont happen! Go to Lowes or ********** and get the cheaper price and the better customer **********************. *********************** is not worth it, trust me and all the others on here. Go somewhere else.

      Bought a stove from them three months ago and purchased a 5 year warranty with them. The glass top has a very deep circular ***** in the center of the large burner so I called for service. They told me that they dont service the ** brand I bought. I will never do business with them again and advise against anybody considering them.

      ********** 12-7-23 Purchased a fridge from Agrensdelivery was efficient, on time, clean-up perfect. Able to narrow delivery time down to short window, then able to ***********, and zero in on exact time which was great because had morning appointment scheduled. Second purchase from Agrens.

      Just like everyone else here, hope nothing goes wrong, because the service department is awful. They are used to irate customers and I know why, they absolutely do not care about you after the sale. Spent 20 years saving up for my dream kitchen, now I have a $10k boat anchor in my kitchen that Im stuck with. Thanks for absolutely nothin Agren.

      Ordered a king and two queens ***s on June 23 for June 30 delivery. Never heard from the delivery crew so we called the salesman on June 30. He said he ordered the wrong king *** so he cancelled the order and never told us. We were moving back into our house on June 30 after a burst pipe incident and now had no *** to sleep on. Bought a blow up mattress for my wife (who is undergoing chemotherapy) so she didnt have to sleep on the couch. So much for their commercial where they state if you buy a *** today, you can sleep on it tomorrow. Couldnt be more disappointed with them.

      Bought a double oven from them 2 months ago and it has never worked since we got it. Was told we had to have service tech out 3 times before GE would replace on #4 next Wednesday. Called GE because of lack of response and long tech wait times to fix - GE told us we had 7 days from purchase date to return the oven. Agrens misled usnow after 2 months without an oven still cant get return calls regarding replacing the oven from Agrens. Just keep blowing us off and not responding. Total c*** and Agrens doesnt stand behind their products or support their customersBuyers beware.
