    I don't normally make public comments about local businesses, but I feel others need to be warned about Jr's ********************** and Recovery on *****************. in ******. My husband was in an accident and the fire department called Jr's **********************. When we went to clean out the car the owner was very rude and abrasive, but this ended up being the least of our worries. The owner refused to sign a release for the insurance company to pick up the vehicle, stating he did verbal releases only. We thought this was odd, but didn't argue. Then it got worse. Our insurance company sent a tow truck to pick up the car (it was totaled and we have full coverage), but he refused to release the vehicle. The insurance company described the owner as "belligerent" and said he had been dodging their phone calls for a few days before they were finally able to reach him. They also said he was aggressive towards the tow truck driver. The owner of Jr's ********************** held onto the vehicle for 10 days, charging a storage fee for each day. Our insurance agency had to hire an outside towing company that was "experienced in difficult situations" to go and retrieve the vehicle. We were lucky to be well insured, and the insurance company covered the storage fees, others may not be so fortunate. Stay away from Jr's ********************** and Recovery. They WILL scam you!
