    Should be shut down for fraud and accruing additional charges! I have to set up an appointment to pick my vehicle up. I called as soon as they opened at 9am was told to call back after 11am to process paperwork. Called back at 11am, they said it hadn’t processed yet fully to call back in another hour. I called back at 1245 to be told that the paperwork has been processed but now “the lot needs to process the paperwork before we make an appointment” and to call back again in another hour! I called at 130 to be told the lot still hasn’t processed anything and that we can’t make an appointment. I told them I’ve been ready all day to pick my vehicle up (mind you they close at 4) I said what happens if they havent process the paperwork before close? They said an extra fee will be added each day! They are FORCING people to wait longer times to retrieve their vehicle to RACK UP THE FEES. You all are frauds! And the customer service representatives are nasty, foul mouthed, and irritable. I have paid EVERYTHING to retrieve my vehicle and it’s BEING HELD AGAINST MY OWN WILL TO PAY MORE FEES.

    The staff are very rude when you call on the phone. I wasn't yelling or anything, I'm not sure if they think they are better than people or not. I was hung up on and everything else.

    The man running the window is a joke. Very disrespectful, should not be the first person people have to deal with. He got mad because I wouldn’t give him the keys. When I was ready to give him the key he ignored me, then while waiting at the window for acknowledgement, another customer came up behind me to be helped and he greeted her and helped her. I asked why I was being ignored and he continued to ignore me and refuse me service. At that point no one else around would assist me. After I called the police to get assistance he finally decided to help me, I went to note damages on the paperwork I was signing and he told me not to “de-face” the paper. Then he completely lost it and told me I was making things complicated and cussed me out- I told him his customer service skills sucked and he gave me the finger and said “F***k you and F***k your customer service, I don’t care about your feelings.” Then proceeded to floor my car out of the gate after he walked away from the window. There was a girl in the “office” when this was happening and I asked her for the paperwork, she gave me a damage form to fill out. I asked what the man’s name was and she said “Bobby”. Not sure if it’s accurate or if she just gave me any name. I was there before they opened at 10a- appointment at 10- and when I called customer service to speak to a manager when he wouldn’t take my key to retrieve my car, I was told the man marked me in the computer as being late for my appointment. I was there for almost 2 hours. Police claim they are always called out to that site. Horrible horrible service!
