  Horrible service! If cars weren’t towed they wouldn’t have a fucking job. Nasty and they try to steal your money by extending the processing time so that they’re closed by the time your release is available.

  This place is Jessup MD. On October 23rd 2023 at approximately 1120 am I went to pick up my vehicle. The female behind the window was , rude , disrespectful, obnoxious, maybe racist as well. As well as the person brought my vehicle over to me. There is no way they should treat people like the way the treated me.. we all have a bad day now and then butthat dad day is not feom me and I do not cause her bad day. She needs to go to a class where checan learn to treat people better and Respectfully as well there's not way she can't do business like that. As a police officer for 25 years I don't need people like her to disrespect me like that. I treated people with respect and dignity. I like to have that back. That is not too much to ask. I hope

  The lady that identified herself as a manager had thee audacity to go into my wallet in front of my face totally unacceptable! At first she was stating to me about making an appointment and I ask was it in writing? And why isn’t it posted so that customers will know what they have to do to retrieve their vehicle, And another customer while I was up there ( allegedly) claim metro investigation and recovery damaged his vehicle. Zero stars why ask for a rating in force me to give a star when I don’t want to only in America!!!!!!!!

  This is the worse company ever. I tried to talk to them about getting my car back and the were rude. They overcharged us. They charged us around$300 for a $30 key and it was unauthorized. They made us sign that it was authorized that the key was made and threatened that if an authorization doc wasn’t signed when the car was being picked up we would not get our car back even thought it was already paid for. They would not release the car after it has been received by telling it wasn’t so they could keep charging us. Employees are very rude.

  Above and beyond horrible!!! The staff is rude, disrespectful, and dishonest! I was lied to for 3 days about retrieving my truck. First they claimed that they didn’t receive my initial paperwork on Monday they claimed that they didn’t receive a property release which absolutely wasn’t true because I was told by the company that sent the property release form 3 times! They again tried to claim the same thing so I got the company to call them with me on the line, which they did! I again called and was told that I couldn’t pick my truck up because the lot didn’t have an open appointment ( which was a lie) .when I went there today the lot told me that they waited for me on Tuesday to pick my truck up! It is my belief that they are bilking customers by claiming they can’t retrieve their property by extending it in order to charge more money

  Went to recover my personal items was told they had to find my car waited 20 mins went to hand them my key so they could find it they didn’t want my key 5 mins later guys says my car ain’t there I asked where it was said he didn’t know then as I was about to leave a guy comes out asked about my car and tells me that the 3 black yard garage bags he has is all my stuff it wasn’t things from my late grandparents are missing things from my children are too when I asked I got told it’s on you not us

  I have called many times to retrieve my vehicle and was treated with the worst customer service possible. I even had to have Primaritus call and ensure that your agency received the release form. After being hung up on 4 times by your staff, I was helped by one person who set up my appointment. One agent I spoke to wouldn't help me because of the caller ID and she thought I was calling from a bank when I was actually calling from my job at the United States Capitol. As a human resources professional, your staff is extremely undertrained and clearly have no care or concern for their own clients. This was one of the absolute worse customer service experiences of my life and I pray to never have to come in contact with anyone from your organization ever again.

  On 2/18/23 this company stole my car the police are not willing to help because they used a “dc dispatcher”. I have no clue where my car is. Nor did I receive notice that my car was being taken. I am up to date on all payments and have proof.
