    A total rip off & liars. Trying to get extra money from me stating I owe more money after trading I my current vehicle that had a sufficient value of money given for the down payment.

    Please be careful about visiting this location and take the quote they give you elsewhere for a second and third opinion. I had an appointment for a check engine light at 730am. There was a nice line of cars. I understood the diagnostic was 200.00 no issue there. Advised bynstaff that it takes 24 to 48 hours to run a diagnostic. I understood and went home. Homeby 910am, received a call by 930am stating that a valve needed to be replaced and the system "needed" to be updated. 2000, 1500.00 for labor. I agreed to the 2K with tears in my eyes. Got a call at 345pm car was ready. Porter drove it up to the front like a lunatic and I'm sitting at an alternate mechanics shop trying to determine if they can make heads or tail about what was the done to this car that required 1,500 worth of labor costs. So 200 for an engine diagnostic, 300 for a valve and 1500 for a teenager to drive it up to me. Don't go here. Ever.

    Today 7 /7/2023 will be the third time I take my 2018 Chevy Malibu to the dealership for the same problem.My gas peddle goes all the way down to the floor and drive as in neutral.The car does not kick into speed until it reaches between 30 to 40 miles.This car was purchased new and is currently under 40, 0000 miles.on two occasions I was on the highway when this occurred.I see there was a recall yet the dealership did not correct mine stating that was not the current problem according to the computer. Each time I go they look to ensure I have a warranty when it was never corrected the first time. I feel that I'm being strung along until the warranty lapse. I fear for my life driving this vehicle and I am tired of taking it to be prepared and having to pay a $50 hold fee for a rental. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any vehicle.Im crying out for help, I was lucky, I hope this can get resolved prior to me getting hurt due to their negligence.

    Fairly terrible experience here I went in asked Koons service department to check my car for a faulty wheel bearing and to check if either of my tie rods and or ball joints had failed Instead, I got a $2,700 price quote that included a myriad of "scheduled maintenance" related things that had nothing to do with what I brought the car in for in the first place They then quoted a price of $900 to put on two front tires. The exact same two front tires I had put on my car at Sullivan Tire that I had been charged for, including installation, for $450. The price difference reasoning? They were attempting to charge me $500 in labor to put on two tires. Considering Sullivan Tire put on the exact same two tires for $50 in labor, it seemed as though an additional $450 in labor to put on the same two tires was a bit extreme Stay away from Koons Chevrolet. If their service department is run like this, you can be sure they aren't very honest when it comes to selling you any vehicles either
