"Awful. Lost payments, mismanaged, terrible and absent communication, no transparency with owner, violated protective order, shared personal information, didn't follow state laws or landlord/tenant regulations, only have a few office hours one day a week, could not manage online systems, processed payments online incorrectly, discriminated against us, it was obvious the management company disliked my family and actively searched for a path to evicting me and my 2 young girls - for reasons directly resulting from my husband's veteran status and associated service connected mental health diagnoses; was abject discrimination & as soon as they could they were looking for a reason to get us out." ...
