  Bought a tank water heater for an apartment (in a 4 unit building) and had it installed, September 2022. It stopped heating water and because it was still under warranty, called the manufacturer who arranged to have a plumber (contracted by the manufacturer) do the repair. In spite of repeatedly being given a contact number to reach me, the plumber never called but instead communicated via email. This was fine until the day of service. I was given a 3 hour window for the appointment and arrived at the service location prior to the beginning of that window. I called the plumber several times to tell him I was there and requested he call me when he arrived so I could let him in the building. Close to the end of the 3 hour window I was called by the tenant (with the non working water heater) informing me the plumber had gone to the back door of another apartment, asking that tenant about the water heater needing repair. The plumber was informed by this surprised man, the doorbells for apartments were at the front of the building. The plumber left, never contacting me, never returning my calls, and never assessing the water heater that needed the repairs. This behavior by a professional service person is totally unacceptable and I will not be using or recommending others to use this company.

  Our technician texted the customer (standard procedure) at 9:29 AM advising that he was on the way, and gave her an ETA of 10:20 AM. He arrived to find no parking in the front which is why he went to the back. Technician tried again to contact customer while onsite in the back as no one was answering the door, so he then called the office and requested I call the number on file. I did and got no answer. Thus had advised technician to move on as we were within the agreed upon time frame and got no response from the customer.

  The initial problem communicating with this company started with an incorrect phone number they were using to reach me. The correct contact number was provided to them via phone calls and email messages (on 8 separate occasions). On the day of service, while at the service address I contacted them, from the corrected contact number 3 times, and NEVER received a return call. While the technician was knocking on the door of a neighbor, I was on site waiting for his call. The business, in spite of being provided a corrected contact number, for some reason, refused to use it to contact the customer which resulted in the service not being provided.
