    I brought my 2021 Corvette C8 to their service department on September 23, 2024 because my car battery died. I asked them to replace the battery additionally asked for 2 new key fobs and a navigation map that was missing. A few days went by and they said there were other issues. I told them to go ahead and fix everything to get the car working at 100%. I paid a total of $3958.77 on October 5, 2024 and picked up the car.

    My new battery died again on November 3, 2024 and I asked if I could take it up there for them to diagnose the same issue. There was also a parking brake warning light so I brought it back up to Waldorf Chevy Cadillac on November 4, 2024 and dropped it off. I was getting very frustrated because there was no communication from them for over a week. I called up there a few times and they did not have a status on the vehicle. I physically went up there on November 13 and I saw my car in their parking lot. It looked like it was never seen. They assured me that my car started every time and there were no issues.

    There was still no communication after I went up there so I decided to take my car on November 15. The parking brake warning light was still showing and my car would not start. I am very frustrated because I paid them almost $4000 to remediate any issues on my car. It seems like they were purposely ignoring me and didn't bother to take a look at my car. Still no call to this day.

    This company does the bate and switch, the financial section is jacked up. After signing the contract they didnt turn over money to payoff my trade and went over the 10 day payoff amount requiring me to have to come out my pocket because staff incompetent

    I recently experienced the worse customer service at this location. My vehicle has been held hostage by this dealership now for 9 days. The Service Advisor, Raymond B*****, at the Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac (**** ***** ******** ******** ** *****) went on vacation and did not transfer my repair case to another Service Advisor for follow-up or follow-through. I'm being charged for the replacement of a front windshield, that Service Advisor B*****, indicated was not broken, but the Corporate policy, at the cost of $695.00. While I anxiously wait, for any form of contact from the dealer's service department, I have no idea what the status if of my vehicle other than to drive 30 minutes to their facility to speak face-to-face. Where is the customer service, why am I being charged for the replacement of a good windshield, how much longer should I expect to incur rental car expenses? Am I expected to absorb a month of rental car expense because of inadequate operations at this dealership service center? I have true concerns and dissatisfaction with this entire situation and want to alert anyone who chooses this location, to enter with caution and a BIG bank account. Clearly, their intent is to get as much money from the customer as possible. To think, the piece for replacement cost $31,30 ... this situation is insulting and a crime in action!

    Service Department suck! Took me 3wks to get and appointment for oil change. My appointment time was at 8:00am and my car still wasn't pull in for the service and it now 10:45. I told the service advisor that this is the worst I seen. I ask for my keys and he drop them on the floor, I ask for his name and he toss his business card on the floor as well. NEVER COMING BACK FOR SALE OR SERVICE. DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS.

    Please reconsider taking your vehicle here for any type of service of your vehicle. I purchased a truck from this location and also took out a warranty. The transmission has gone bad in the truck, here we are 2 months later i still DO NOT have my truck back. I have received the runaround from day 1 regarding the transmission for my truck. There is discrepancy between the warranty company and the service department. I am trying to receive a breakdown of everything they did with the truck, so the discrepancy can be solved. The employees are very unprofessional and rude, they will purposely leave you on hold for long periods of time, state they will call you back (they infact do not call back). Shantell WILL NOT return my phone calls, will not send me a copy of the breakdown, she avoids me at all cost. I spoke with the service manager, Tom he was supposed to call me back yesterday, 11/7/22 I have YET to receive a phonecall back. I have also left a message for the general manager.
