    Do Not use these company they are scammers. Had them come out every month since 2003 to inspect for termites. They offered plan that they would do a free of charge maintenance for termite control treatment I paid them $99 every year to keep this agreement active. I received a certificate every year. 2023 certificate stated my last maintenance treatment was 2015. I was j told in 2015 they now do maintenance treatments every ten years no longer every 5 years. In 2024 after paying $99 a year for ***** years and expecting my now 10 yr maintenance termite treatment in 2025 they said they are no longer providing these maintenance treatments free of charge. How convenient for them to tell me they were not honoring the terms 9 months before treatment was due. I would not trust these people to clean my toilet. They are scammers.
