  Very bad customer **********************. This company stopped working on my trees and went and worked on my neighbour tree. My neighbour had a tall tree. So the owner of this company had to rent a dumpster. They left the dumpster in front of my home blocking my mailbox for 3 days. The owner didn't apologize or anything. This is a awful company just read the reviews from other websites.

  Lansdown lands tree service were very professional and quick response time. They were here in 1 day. What I liked the most was speaking directly to a person, no automated response. A tree fell in my driveway, onto multiple cars. **************** came onsite to oversee the tree removal from beginning to end They gently removed the trees from my vehicles, not causing any further damage. Also had obstacles to work around, power lines and telephone wires from the telephone pole to the house. I would recommend their service to anyone. They performed an outstanding job.

  5 Star company, I have used Landsdown Tree Services LLC over and over for over five years. There’s a lot of trees on my property and the crew have always done a magnificent job. Trees are always removed safely and debris removed properly. From time to time we have even had stumps removed. Excellent company, excellent prices and Mr. Burton was there to supervise the job.

  We had the company for our backyard Servise on June 9th 2022. and it was the worst. Till this moment no communication-to complete his job! When mr. Charles , the owner and the main person for communication arrived with his crew to our house, they were 4 men. I noticed that 3 of them were very old men. It was very clear on the way when they were moving around and doing work. According to mr. Charles, the owner of the company and his agreement, it’s a long day job, and will take the whole day. So, I left home around 11:00am to my part time teaching job, and when I came back around 2:30pm they were gone. I found the back yard in a total mess. Our shed was hit from the side by his crew, and a clear dent happened (pic attached). When my son talk to him about the dent, he was silent, no answer. And never addressed this point to my husband. Of course, we not happy to pay what he wants for such a Service. So, we tried to communicate with him several times. It is very difficult to deal with him. Just to reply to a single message. Charles has a very poor way of communication while we were trying to communicate with him regarding a time for his company to come and finish the work. The last message, he replied(attached) and you can if he carries any responsibility, respect or professional way of communication. When we were trying to make a copy of the proposal, we got a message” this document was removed by the owner”. Unfortunately this is the case, a dilemma. The owner is dishonest and not a reputable man. We would appreciate your help, as we trusted your website. We got “Landsdown Tree service” but it unfortunately, bad experience and we have to warn the others. We are having limited resources as teaching is our career. It’s very unpleasant experience. Thank Goodness

  Landsdown Landscaping, LLC on July 26, 2022 removed 2 humongous Gum Ball Trees and one additional large tree from the back of my house. The service I received from the crew was professional and impeccable. This company rating should be ten stars. The trees that scared my household for for over 10 years are now removed and I am grateful. Thank you!

  What a friendly crew we had the day after a big storm. Mr. Burton took my call at 7 am and had his son, Chuck arrive with 3 other men at 10 am! They did a magnificent job of removing a tree and cleaned up the scattered debris. I truly recommend Landsdown Tree Experts. They even provided our next door neighbor with tree trimming services. We will surely be using them for future tree services.
