    Took $4000 of my money for HVAC work and never shows up or finished the work. Stopped returning my calls and emails all of a sudden. Then made excuses that he had surgery, then his dad passed away. Made fake promises to show up to work but again never did. All recorded in emails.

    Poor customer service and lack of communication. I would not recommend to anyone. Poor follow through on what was agreed upon. Incomplete work and delay on project. Very bad experience with business.
