Metropolitan Bath and Tile did an excellent job remodeling our 1970's era bathroom. It exceeded our expectations and we enjoy using it every day. They did the work in a timely manner and the quality of their workmanship is excellent. I am writing this to commend them on the follow up. We had some caulking issues after two years due to expected shifting in new construction of the upper shower ceiling. They promptly fixed it, explained why it happened and now it is perfect again. I should have addressed it before the 2 yr **** but they fixed it anyway with minimal charge. I appreciate working with a company that is honest and stands by their product long after the job is finished. They address each issue personally like it matters to them as much as it does to us. Great experience, start to finish. From the initial meeting with MBT's estimator *** -- who has a designer's eye and an engineer's know-how -- to the consultation with design expert ****** on finishes and creative ways to incorporate custom painted tiles we brought with us, MBT's work was top notch. Changes were accommodated and stayed within budget, and the entire job was completed ahead of schedule. Best of all was *******, the individual who executed every aspect of the project with impeccable attention to detail and top notch customer service. Highly recommend.

My husband and I are super impressed with our new bathroom by Metropolitan Bath! First, someone came out to take measurements of our bathroom. We then met with a designer who helped us pick out our new bathroom. She had all the information she needed because she had all the bathroom measurements. It was wonderful to see how all our choices came together because all the materials were in the showroom. The materials were ordered and work started when those materials arrived. ******* was the one who worked on our bathroom and he was just perfect. He worked in such an orderly fashion and gave us an update at the end of each day. He was so professional and is very, very talented. He answered every question we had and was so easy to work with. The end result is a beautiful bathroom at a fair price with no drama. We couldnt be happier with our new bathroom!Metropolitan Bath and Tile Showrooms, Inc.

I think we could not have had a better experience than we had with Metropolitan ************ We had shower doors and tile installed over the course of one week. *** came every day, on time, and proceeded to turn out a beautifully done piece of work. *********************** patiently answered all my questions and made sure all details were attended to. My husband and I were completely happy with our bathroom remodel by Metropolitan Bath and Tile and would heartily recommend them . Our job was a complete tear out of our main bathroom in a 1940s home with plaster walls and old plumbing. Our first experience was with the estimator ********************* who spent almost 3 hours measuring and assessing our job so that there would be no surprises. He was fantastic, informative and helpful. Next was working with our designer *********************** who was also excellent and presented options and pricing in a very organized presentation at the Bowie showroom. I would mention to potential customers that this first design meeting does take hours so allow enough time as it is time well spent to have this one stop shopping experience. ********* asked lots of questions and offered excellent suggestions. Next came scheduling and their scheduler *** kept us in the loop and was most accommodating. Once the job started we can't say enough about the installers ***** and ***** and how thoughtful and professional they were. But the real prize was the *************************. ***** was the ******* and he is a master craftsman with 20 years in the business of bathrooms. His workmanship was exceptional as was his attention to detail. His tile work was excellent and he discovered and addressed many things along the way. Bathroom remodels take time and you can't wait for it to be over but we looked forward to seeing ***** each morning. He is a reason to use Metropolitan. As will happen , we did have some issues as we neared completion and in stepped *************. Every one of our concerns was addressed and handled immediately. We were very impressed and satisfied. We heartily recommend Metropolitan Bath and Tile. Their people, their commitment, their warranty--the peace of mind in knowing that everything, including the things behind the walls that you don't see is done right. ***** and *******************Metropolitan Bath and Tile Showrooms, Inc.

We are totally happy with our master bathroom remodel from Metropolitan Bath and Tile! My husband first heard about your place on the radio channel, WTOP. He then did research on his own, before deciding to go with Metropolitan Bath and Tile. We visited the Rockville showroom and was quite overwhelmed with the choices we had for the remodel, but with the help of Rebecca we were able to complete our choices. Thank you, Rebecca!
When our project was started, Ji Jung kept me in informed of everything that was going to take place on our remodel. Thank you, Ji!
We also, decided midway through our bathroom remodel that we wanted a exhaust/light/heater installed. Miguel did a nice job on the install and Reggie was great with the drywall touchup! Thanks Miguel and Reggie!
And our biggest thanks goes to Paul who did a beautiful job on our entire bathroom remodel! He did an excellent job, and communicated to us everything that he was doing. He listened to our concerns and was able to answer all of our questions. He also was very neat and always kept the area clean.

I work for a general contractor so I feel that I know what I want. Also, for others reading this, what you should want! You do not want a GC that is going to subcontract everything out. You want a GC that does it all and preferably one or two people. One stop shopping! They have a show room with everything that you would want to use. You purchase everything right there. Their designers are very knowledgeable, patient and professional. My wife and I spent hours there, twice!!
We had a master bath from 1984. Used and outdated. Not cheap but you are getting quality products, organization, scheduling and a quality installation. Our took a total of two weeks to demo and install. One note here. They do not paint or install shower enclosures. However, they recommend a company called Dulles Glass. I shopped around a bit and they were the most organized, had brochures and great pricing. Once you agree to a price and sign up, they would be out in 7-10 days to install.
The gentleman name Paul did our install. Quiet, very polite, professional, helpful, etc. Just can't say enough. Support was great also. A fellow named Ray was my contact, a very nice person who I believe runs the field..
In conclusion, I am very happy and hope to do the hall bath next year.Metropolitan Bath and Tile Showrooms, Inc.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Metropolitan Bath and Tile! They kept us informed of the progress of our project every step of the way. They even were able to complete the remodeling earlier than originally planned.
Paul was very professional and did a fantastic job installing everything and cleaning up afterwards. He went out of his way to make sure any damage done to the walls was taken care of before he finished.
Norwood Stone Corporation was on time and completed their part in a timely manner.
When I had a question about a shower door, Lem, from Metropolitan got back to me immediately.
It is totally refreshing to deal with a company like Metropolitan Bath and Tile and it is a pleasure to highly recommend them!Metropolitan Bath and Tile Showrooms, Inc.

Jason, Dakota and Chase installed a walkin tub for us. They are THE BEST. They are experts in their work and very professional. This is the second time they have done a bathroom remodel / installation for us.
Cloud Kennedy was once again our sales person. We enjoy working with him. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
