- Consumers should be aware that according to Just Puppies' Health Guarantee, which can be viewed at http://www.justpuppies.com/puppy-health-guarantee.html, the company requires purchasers of their puppies to use one of their four "Authorized Veterinary Hospitals" for a minimum of thirty days, or their puppy's Limited Health Guarantee will be void. BBB of Greater Maryland asked Just Puppies to provide an explanation for the requirement and to disclose their relationship, financial and otherwise, with the "authorized" veterinary services. Just Puppies did not respond to BBB's inquiry.
Consumers who already have a veterinarian may wish to compare costs with those of the "authorized veterinary hospitals" required for use by purchasers of puppies from Just Puppies.
