      There should be a no star!! Was referred to this Doctor after 8 months of treatment going nowhere. Scheduled an appointment which took over a month to get one for 10/9/23 2:00 pm. Mind you they say catch things early but wait over a month for an appt. Then they call me today, 9/26/23 & say they have to cancel 10/9 and can put me in for the following week but at 10am. Told them I can only do afternoons. She tells me the Dr. doesn't have any afternoons, morning or nothing. Told her I cannot get off work in the mornings. Again, she couldn't care less! They inconvenienced me and then they can't reschedule a necessary appointment for in the afternoon? Told her I guess I have no choice but to find another Doctor. I will not have a doctor that is all about themselves and couldn't care less about a patient that they totally inconvenience them and don't fix it!

      This business is truly horrible. I had a $30.00 copay and on 05/11/2023 I had a doctor appt in which the staff told me that I had a $20.00 copay. I told the staff that it was $30.00, but I paid the $20.00 and received a receipt. My next statement dated 05/18/2023 showed that the amount due was $10.00 and also showed that there was a $20.00 payment received but not yet applied. I have contacted GBMC's Accounts Receivable 4 times regarding this as they still say that I owe $20.00 for this particular account. I was told after the first call to send in proof of my $20.00 payment which I did. Since then I have been told each time that my information will be sent to a Client Liaison Specialist who will call me back after reviewing my account. I have never received a return phone call. I was told on 07/20/2023 when I called Accts Receivable that my $20.00 payment was applied to this particular account but then reversed as I had other outstanding open balances. That is completely false as I have always paid my balances in full in a timely manner and therefore, did not have any accounts with an open balance. I called again 08/17/2023 since I again never received a follow up call and was told that the $20.00 was sent to Collections. I was told that I should have received correspondence informing me of this. I told the representative that I never received anything. I have excellent credit and did not want this $20.00 (that I already paid) being sent to Collections and go against my credit rating so I offered to pay the $20.00 again just so that I didn't have to deal with them anymore. Instead I was told that a Collection Agency had not been assigned regarding my $20.00 since it was a small amount. I asked if the amount had been written off since it did not appear on my last statement and the rep could not provide an answer, instead I was told the same thing that someone will review my account and call me back. I am so frustrated that these reps cannot provide any answers.
