    There have been numerous appts my husband and I have had with Brian ******** they call to collect the copay etc and we never receive a call from him or the office letting us know he is behind or there is a issue with payment etc. we have been with this provider for years prior to him opening his own business. We are very unsatisfied with the care we are receiving and want an full apology or this issue to be resolved, because they are claiming my husband was a no show when he waited for the call all day because he rescheduled from a appt he had last Friday, and again never received a call from the office. His appt time is such but doesn’t get a call until hours later, or no phone call at all. So they are taking copays and no one hears from them. I consider that stealing. This is not the first time I have had issues with Brian’s front desk and communication, there is no verbal communication it’s all by text or email. The business needs to be advised the also need to call patients to advise them of an issue etc. this is not the first time I have addressed my provider about how careless his front desk is, and he has had numerous employees over the years. Yes I called and I was clearly angry and may have over stepped my boundaries, but as a patient this is unacceptable.
