    Insanely rude! If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. Replies from Customer Service email:
    "Oh well."
    Another email reply:
    "You're also dumb enough to think I have to time to read 4 paragraphs. That's cute. A truly intelligent person should be able to get to the point a lot faster. If you're really an engineer, its time for you to engineer better responses."

    Absolutely rude, condescending and disrespectful. No customer service at all. The owner is a ****. I won’t mention any names but his initials Mrs. ******* *******. What a ******. My computer email corrected the business name spelling (because SHE is too dumb to spell it correctly) and the email didn’t send. I tried from a link within the program on a different email and it went through. I said I needed help and all I got were smart *** remarks. What a ****.

    I contacted this company about someone trying to get access to my account and license the guy was really ignorant about it and canceled not one but two of the licenses I have paid for. They said they didn’t need a costumer like me and to take my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t go through this company that’s 400$ they was able to take. Then cancel my license because I had a question. I wouldn’t recommend this company for anyone.

    I have never been treated so bad by a business. I paid 347 dollars for their program and license and when I ask for help the license was removed by them and they told me through email that they don't want a customer like me. I asked for a phone number and a refund and have only continued to get hateful emails from the support team. DO NOT BUY ... beware !!!
