    3 years ago, we had eTree remove a large tree from our yard. They did a very good job and we recommended them to several others. We had agreed that the following year, we would have eTree plant a replacement tree and do some other things in the yard. Edgar, the owner of eTree, said they would do that. We reached out to Edgar in February 2022 about doing this work. After not getting responses to our messages, we finally heard from him and he said he had had a family emergency and that is why he hadn’t responded. Because we were happy with their original work, we decided to give them another chance. In February of 2023, I spoke to Edgar about planting the replacement tree and doing other things in the yard. He said he would be happy to do the work and would get the plants. So far, he has again failed to follow through. I am sorry to say that I CAN NO LONGER recommend eTree
