      Lived in a house managed by Lighthouse Property Management for three years and it was a horrible experience the entire time. They never responded to maintenance requests unless we threated legal action and let the house we were living in fall apart. There was extreme water damage, gas lines getting shut off, closet rods and toilet paper holders falling from walls, lies about who was paying for utilities for a "common space" and much more. Every time we attempted to have any conversation with their office we were met with hostility and over all rude behavior. We ended up having to take them to small claims court and won our case in regards to our security deposit and I now know that the owner's of the house that worked with Lighthouse are in a legal battle with them over mismanagement of funds and their properties.

      I have been very satisfied with the services provided. Though I only have one property that needs management, Lighthouse has always been attentive, responsive, and forthcoming when I have had any questions or needs. I have worked with Lighthouse for over two years now and they have flawlessly handled an unfortunate eviction and very quickly had the property cleaned up and a new tenant moved in. I would definitely recommend them for your property management needs in the Silver Spring, Maryland area.
