    Reed Appraisers was one-of-the-best finds in addition to IMPERIAL AUTOBODY who did the body repair to my Jaguar I-Pace Electric Vehicle (EV). While I knew trading-in or selling a vehicle that had repair work as a result of an accident has an effect on its value, I did not know about Diminished Value claims, especially since the accident was not my fault. The experience, knowledge, and guidance provided was spot-on and lead to filing a claim with the at-fault insurance company for an amount much higher than I would have imagined as this is a luxury electric vehicle. The paperwork provided by Reed Appraisers provided the research needed to justify the claim value. It is not only important to understand how a DV claim can be filed but how to deal with an insurance company who might dispute the claim. Following the advice of Reed Appraisers enabled me to get the full amount of the requested claim!
