"This facility is so rude got into an accident my car was towed to there facility called them to let them know my DL was in my vehicle first they tell me I need to get a release for my vehicle from **** before I could even come down there so call the **** they reach out to them for BT only to tell them I don't then they tell me because my insurance hasn't verified the payment for them they would not allow me to get my DL (which was sitting right on my front passenger seat) until they received payment but needed me to come sign release papers for my vehicle (how am I suppose to do that without my license) so instead I suck it up go buy another license go sign the papers my vehicle is parked right at the front door asked if they could watch me get my license out the car still refused the following day called BT to complain to the manager from the moment he got on the phone he was very hostile and would not listen to me so I hung up on him not even 20 min later there calling me im allowed to come get my items out the car then they tow my car to the family my car is getting fixed at did not leave them my contact information didn't even let me know my car was being towed." ...
