    First, the link brings you to a shoe website, not security systems.The item I received was quite shoddy and I am pretty sure not even leather. I attempted to return but there is a restocking fee and the shoes would need to be returned to *****. They offered $8 refund then a $15 refund. I said no thanks to both offers as I would be writing a bad review.There is no way this company has so many positive reviews they must be manufactured.

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BULEPODS!! Its a total scam! I ordered sandals in November and they sent me the wrong thing. I have emailed them several times and they wont respond to me. I lost $50. Website says you can get a total refund but its all lies. Please do not order anything from this company. They take your money and dont do anything their website says. They shouldnt be able to even have a website selling anything. They are not a legit business!!

    Total scam! I ordered a pair of sandals in August. Received the order but the shoes were way to large, so I requested a refund immediately. It took several emails to finally hear back. they offer me 15 Euros and I keep the shoes. I said I want a full refund of $37.95 in US Dollars, and I will return the sandals which I had no use for. They were very cheaply made, and I would not wear even if they fit. Crickets!! No response, so I will donate the shoes and never order another pair of shoes online. ****** learned.

    Terrible. Needed to return an item and with numerous attempts to get them to send me return instructions like their return policy says, they have not done anything but give me a $20 credit to a closed account. My item was much more than that. The closed account had to be done due to their shady business. They refuse to reply to my emails as this was the only means of contact for their customer service. Their phone # is not in service and they do not show their phone # on their website so I only just found the # on this BBB website but it's not connected. They purposely wait until your 30 days to return something is up which now I'm way past that point and still no reply from my emails telling them I have a different account #. I even forwarded them images of their return policy in case they forgot what it is. Never will use them again. They need to be shut down immediately.
