  Henry W I paid this company over $3,000 to remediate mold in my condo. After their treatment, the mold problem has gotten even worse! This company's customer service representative "T.J", told me that his company didn't guarantee that they would fix the problem. Reading their webpage, you would think that they would resolve all problems with mold. After weeks of rounds of fighting with TJ, I threatened to take further action. He reluctantly agreed to again treat my Condo. In a stern voice, he informed me that he had recorded our conversations. In responce to this statement, I promptly informed his that I was not afraid for I was telling the truth, the tapes would only help my case. I then informed him that it was illegal in Maryland to record a telephone conversation without notice. Thus, he had broken the law. He reluctanly agreed to again treat my condo. When I asked the assigned specist Alex, about the next treatment, he explained he was told he was not to use the stayer as he had in this first treatment. Unfortunately, this "trimed down" treatment did not work either. The mold problem has now gotten significantly worse. I had to be hospitalized with an eye infection and am currently being treated by a dermatologist for skin issues. Most worrisome, two independent labs have found mold in my urine and blood samples. This company, still refuses to fix my problem with mold or to return all the funds paid to them! I'm currently looking for a reputable company to finally solve my mold problem.

  I needed mold removal in my crawl space and wasnt sure who to call. I found this company online, and Im so glad I did. They provided a fair price and top-notch service. The mold was completely removed, and they even sealed the area to prevent future problems. The team was professional and easy to work with. Im very satisfied with the results.

  This company should be out of business. The inspection took all of 5 mins and the fee was waived once I committed to the work. It costs $2500 for them to remove the molding ceiling and the parts of the wall with mold. They took out part of the ceiling but not the entire thing and did not remove the wall with mold. Primer was sprayed on my wall without permission. They did not cover my bathroom and got primer and dirt everywhere. They also damaged my shower system and my toilet during the demo. They stood in my toilet. This company sends people who do not know much about mold. They do not protect your house or its parts. Ive had to pay more to repair my bathroom due to their negligence m

  Update: FDP Mold Remediation has offered me a refund - if I remove my negative review from Google. I've received 15+ phone calls asking if I've signed the release so that they can send me my refund. I've recently started getting texts from their "mediation department" telling me to contact them immediately ... so ... warning to all ... stay away ... stay far away! Original Review: For $150 you get four phone calls confirming that you will be home when they arrive and an inspector that spends approximately 2-1/2 minutes looking at the problem. You then get a quote for more than $2300 (which includes a deduction for the $150 you already paid) which involves tearing out all the drywall but not replacing any drywall… since the problem turned out to be some nail holes in the roof shingles that were easily (and inexpensively) repaired, I STRONGLY recommend that you get someone that will actually examine the situation… this place is a scam.
