      Stay away from Van Dorn pools & spas. They don't stand behind there spas. One of the motors went bad that cost over $500. dollars to replace...6 month later the new motor is bad and I am being told not under warranty and there is no goodwill help. The motor should be replaced 100%. A 6 month old motor bad? STEP UP Van Dorn!

      As stated, the pump in question was installed on 10/26/22 NOT 6 months ago , the pump has been out of Manufacture warranty for a full year. We offered a huge discount to you on a new pump.

      I am in the process of having a pool installed. From the beginning I wasn’t informed about the type of coping I needed. I trusted the pool store employees to guide me. I have since learned that I don’t have the correct coping despite having my hard scape installer trying to coordinate with them. The coping that I have needs to be replaced with a different one. I paid $1400 for the wrong type. The coping I need costs $900. They won’t exchange what I have and give me a credit. I am expected to pay the $900 before they will order it. Now my patio construction is on hold. I’m supposed to pay a total of $2300 for coping when I only need the $900 one. The electrician can’t hook up the electric until the cement is ready to be poured. That can’t happen until I have the right coping. So I’m stuck with a pool that I can’t use or even turn on to clean. To say I am not satisfied with how they do business is an understatement. Unless they make it right, I would never recommend buying anything from them.

      Bought our pool in August 2020, and had it installed in May of 21. Shortly after install, I noticed water loss and sand on the bottom of the pool. After closer evaluation, my daughter noticed a quarter size hole in the liner of my brand new pool. Liner was patched, and I was told to "smooth the sand" with my foot the next time I was in the pool. Did as I was asked to do, and discovered another rock no more than six inches away from where the repair had been made. After multiple phone calls, texts and emails, it was agreed the liner would be replaced at the end of the season. Fast forward to October 2021. Liner replaced and pool closed for the season. Pool reopened for summer of 22. The first time my wife swimming this year, and my wife finds another rock under the brand new liner!!! Getting the run around from Marty, Brendan and Dave. Buyer's remorse for sure. Don't buy anything from these people.
