    Customer service was terrible .I ordered a pepperoni pizza on July 12 2024 and when I arrive home I see that i received a cheese pizza instead . I call Papa John on the same day to complain about the situation and was put on hold for thirty minutes, not by a front line employee but, by the manager of the store. Frustrated at this point, I call papa john's customer service hotline again on July 12 and was directed to speak with a customer service rep. . The person I spoke with name was ********* .She informed me she would call the store in my behalf in an effort to rectify the issue and that the store manager should give me a call back to settle the issue and then she took my email address and said if the issue wasn't resolved she would take steps to resolve it . today is the 15Th and still no call from PJ's and no correspondence from PJ's cooperate HQ. I am truly disappointed ,I never had any trouble in the past with this PJ's located at **** ******* **. Randallstown Md. but now customer service STINKS. Maybe this experience is telling me to take my business elsewhere.

    General manager Shawne **** is unprofessional. One of her team members answered the phone and said “We ain’t here”, and instead of correcting them, she lied and said that wasn’t possible because calls do not reach her store directly, but go to the call center instead. I proceeded to call the number and watched the phone ring right in front of her but she said the phone hadn’t rang in hours and continued to lie. Corporate will be contacted so they can be taught how to answer the phone properly.
