    Been with the company since April 2023. Every time they would service the lawn they would ask for additional service. This year they totally messed up my lawn and had to go to my lawyer to get the lawn seeded and aerated. They still did a poor job and when I asked them to fix it, they dropped me as a client.

    The role of our Route Managers is not to simply apply product and leave a property. We try our best to communicate necessities for lawn care beyond our control such as proper watering and mowing. Additionally, our Route Managers are trained to diagnose a variety of turf issues and, when necessary, provide solutions. And yes, these solutions sometimes come at a cost beyond our basic programs. Based on the wet conditions of the lawn at the time of the scheduled seeding, our senior Route Manager made a decision to use a slice seeder to avoid unnecessary damage to the lawn. In doing so, the slice seeder also pulls up thatch causing it to lay on the ground. This is a perfectly acceptable practice. In many ways, slice seeding is a more comprehensive approach to seeding. Because of the time and laborious nature of this service, slice seeding is a more costly service. We completed this at no extra charge. With proper watering, this thatch layer would have returned to the thatch layer while providing seed cover during the germination process. Unfortunately, this customer decided to take a legal route without allowing the proper ampount of time to see the results. We are proud of the work we do, and stand behind our work. In fact, the service call to try and meet customer expectations was already scheduled at the time we received a letter from customer's attorney. We fixed "the problem" and were willing to continue to work with this client. Natural Green serviced this customer for two full seasons. We decided it was in the best interest of both parties to part ways with a customer who we believe was unnecessarily litigious.

    Truly horrible customer service. I met with a rep that agreed to do our lawn. They serviced the wrong lawn twice and when I questioned them, I was told I was wrong. They then told me they would come out to talk to me the next morning. Didn’t show up until 3pm. Finally figured out they did the wrong lawn, and still didn’t come arrive my lawn for another month afterwards. For my, inconvenience, they offered my money back for both missed treatments and a 10% discount moving forward. Never saw a refund never saw a discount reached out multiple times to the company, told they were going to make it right, was never contacted until I reached out again. I was trying to support a business in my community, but won’t again moving forward. Extremely disappointed.
