    Hi. so today I go to nicks for my wife for Mothers Day because she loves the crab cakes.I ordered it for her took it home to her as soon as I presented it to her she said why does it smell like that I said what its seafood she opened the crab cake and it was filled with bread crumbs or whatever the filler was so I immediately decided to head back up there since she didnt like it. When I walked inside the cashier was amazing very understanding she called a manager Im assuming because he didnt say his name or roll of the grocery store but anyway I asked him could I get a refund or a new crab cake he said no because of store policy thats like going to a restaurant and the food comes out horrible and you asked to exchange and the tell u nope u have to eat it.
