    This company has been great to deal with from the beginning. Arrived on time and provided me a fair price. There team always showed up on time and was super friendly. Work was done exactly as described in the contract, no surprise extra costs. I would add that Karen was always available for any questions or comments I had.

    I had my basement waterproofed by 20,000 leaks Under the Basement. They did a phenomenal job in all areas. The attention to customer service and detail plus honesty was a breath of fresh air. I was provided a detailed explanation and informed what needed to happen to address the water problems. Don and his professional crew were a blessing. His team of professional waterproofing experts made the job worthwhile. Karen, was a joy to meet and work with throughout this job. Every question and concern was answered regarding my water problems which took my stress and worry away. This company gets ten stars if it were possible and I highly recommend using this company to everyone.
