    I paid my rent for July and my money order was stolen or not placed on my account. As a result, I owe a balance from July which is causing me to not be able to renew my lease. Also I have proof I paid it with a receipt I received from the staff there and they still refuse to remove the owed balance. Hence, I have to use my own money to file a tracking report, which I believe they should be responsible for and not me.
