"I had ordered my food and it came all smooched and unappetizing, I called them back asking for a refund or can i have my food remade, and then they asked for my address and said thank you and hung up, then someone came to my house and asked for the food and since my family ate 6 mozzarella sticks im guessing i couldn’t get a refund for the pizza then he said ill be right back with the money and walked to his car and pull off, so i called once more seeking to get a refund or to just have the pizza remade but they argued with me and then says take a picture and send it to them, i send the picture and then randomly get charged but they sent the money back, but after that they called me saying im unable to order from them again and they i messed up and it was my fault but all i wanted was to eat something, then he continued to yell and say im not allowed to order or to eat there food loudly."
