  When United Patent Research contacted me about my new invention I was very nervous. I am 61 years old and disabled. I had run out of money and felt that I wouldnt be able to move forward. This is my first design patent and I was unsure of my next step.A few days later I was contacted by ****** *****. ****** told me about programs that could be helpful such as Kick starter, and Angel ********** He also suggested asking family and friends to ******************* took time to explain each step of the process and kept me up to date as things progressed. He was always available and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was patient, professional, and kind every time I reached out. I cant thank ****** enough for his help; I look forward to working with United Patent Research.

  ***** ******** was very knowledgeable and really understands the process, paperwork, and intricacies of patents. With his 37+ years of patents background he has seen a lot of ideas and knows what it takes to get it across the line. Not evey idea or patent will be profitable, and ***** treats every idea the same by giving it all of his attention and energy. My experience has been great so far, I also had the patent, my own design and pro type completed before they reached out to me about my idea, making my experience quick and fun.

  I have had nothing but a great experience with ***. The representative, ****** talked to me, explained, what I'm sure were "simple" questions, but he was ALWAYS professional and curious. He always took as much time with me as needed. Can't wait to bring my next invention to ***.

  I had the pleasure of being introduced to ****** ***** when searching for the right company to represent me. This is the first time I have ever tried Entrepreneurship! So, you can imagine the number of questions I had. ****** was super friendly, knowledgeable, and answered each and every one of my questions fully. He was patient, and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. I commend him!

  I am an MD who has worked with several people in UPR, all of them pleasant to interact with, while trying to obtain a utility patent on a medical device. Unfortunately they have very limited understanding of the specific medical problem I'm proposing to treat or how the relatively simple device I'm trying to ******************** will work, despite my descriptions in ******** language. I would definitely not recommend using them to try to patent anything very technically involved, especially for the money involved.

  ******, the personnel at UPR do not practice patent law. We have agreements with several law firms that have well over one hundred (100) years of experience combined. After your review I had the law firm carefully vet the patent application that they had prepared for you. Unfortunately, what you are requesting is not attainable, a patent application cannot read like a medical journal. The patent office has specific guidelines and procedures in the preparation and submission of a patent application. The patent attorney clearly understands your product and is happy to work with you to modify the application to your liking. But we must go forward with an understanding that you must stay within the boundaries of the patent offices regulations.   I paid $10,000 dollars to this company and all I've received is a patent. I don't believe a patent is worth $10,000 alone I was not given the full service that was offered I haven't heard anything from them in years. I believe having receive the patent the difference of the amount I paid should be refunded to me. I've waited to many years and nothing.

  I am in patent pending stage and we all are excited to move forward with international patent and design patent. We believe that my invention will sweep the market. World wide. Super blessed ??
